THE MINT COLLECTIVE Ticket Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing tickets through The Mint Collective designated ticketing website (“Website”), ticket purchasers agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

For the safety of visitors, IMG Worldwide, LLC (“Organizer”) reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and may on occasion conduct security searches to ensure the safety of visitors to The Mint Collective marketplace and/or conference (as applicable) (collectively the “Event”). Organizer shall also be entitled to remove anyone from the Event who is violating any law or any rule of the Event or venue, MGM, or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who, in the reasonable opinion of Organizer, is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance or who is in breach of any other policies put in place by the Organizer.

Bag Restrictions: Due to changes in security procedure large bags will not be permitted into the Event. Please do not bring suitcases, folding bicycles, scooters or any large items bigger than a handbag or backpack.

All visitors ages 11 and older will not be allowed admission to the Event without a valid ticket. Visitors 10 and younger shall not require a ticket for entry to marketplace. Same-day re-entry is permitted.

Event tickets shall be designated as permitted entrance to the marketplace and/or the conference on the specified date. Marketplace only tickets shall not permit entry to the conference. Ticket fees may include service fees for the Event and ticketing provider. Total fees shall be outlined on the Event Website.

Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred. To do so, or to alter or deface any ticket, will render it void.

Tickets are non-refundable. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check their ticket, as mistakes cannot always be rectified, and Organizer shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. By submitting an order for tickets the ticket purchaser acknowledges and accepts that all details provided to the ticket issuer are correct and consent to the ticket issuer providing e-tickets immediately following processing of payment.

Tickets shall not be used as prizes in competitions or as free “give-aways” without the prior written consent of Organizer.

Unless otherwise agreed, any material filmed or recorded at the event may only be used for the personal, non-profit making enjoyment of the ticket holder. The Event may be broadcast, recorded and publicized and you may be filmed as part of the audience. By your attendance, you are granting your permission to be recorded for commercial purposes and agree to the following: being filmed, videotaped, or photographed by any means; full use of your name, likeness, voice and words by IMG Worldwide, LLC. and/or its parent companies, affiliates and partners, without compensation; specifically waiving all rights of privacy during the videotaping of filming and release IMG Worldwide, LLC. from liability for loss, damage, or compensation for the use of your name, likeness, voice and words; compliance with all rules and regulations of the Event.

Visitors agree to adhere to any policies relating to health and safety put in place by the Organizer and/or the Venue (including but not limited to health screenings, virus testing and/or proof of full-course COVID-19 vaccination, as determined in Organizer’s reasonable discretion).

The sale or distribution of any articles or goods anywhere in or around the Venue is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organizer. Organizer reserve the right to confiscate any such articles for violation of this condition.

Organizer reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Any advertised speaker or special guest is subject to change without obligation of refund or exchange.

Tickets are sold subject to our absolute right to alter or vary the Event without any obligation to make a refund.  If the Event is cancelled in its entirety prior to its commencement, then ticket holders (of all ticket types) may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price but no refund will be given in respect of any other expenditure whatsoever. Details of how to claim refunds, exchanges or future discounts will be provided by Organizer on the day and /or on the Event Website.

Organizer cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the Event as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor.

Visitor voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that Organizer, the Venue, sponsors, participants, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, affiliates, employees and consultants (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are expressly released by the holder from any claims arising from such causes. Ticket purchasers’ statutory rights as consumers in connection with their purchase of tickets through the Website are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing or otherwise accepting a ticket to this Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) exists in any public place where people are present.  By attending the Event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) and agree not to hold the Released Parties liable for any illness or injury in connection with your or your guests’ attendance at the Event.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws principles that require another State’s law to apply. Any claim arising under this Agreement shall be prosecuted in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located within New York County, New York.  To the extent permitted in law, any cause of action a ticket holder may have with respect to their tickets must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the law of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term or condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from that term and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
